Honest answers to the questions clients ask most before starting a project. If you don't find what you need, just contact us directly.
Working With Us
Simply reach out via our contact page or WhatsApp. Tell us what you're building — even a rough idea is enough. We'll schedule a free discovery call, understand your requirements, and come back to you within 24 hours with an honest assessment and a proposed approach. No sales pressure, no commitment required at that stage.
The more context the better, but you don't need a formal specification to begin. A description of the problem you're trying to solve, who your users are, any existing systems you use, and a rough idea of your timeline and budget is enough to get started. We help you shape the full requirements during our discovery phase.
Yes — we work with clients across the globe. Our team communicates in English, our working hours (9am–6pm PKT) overlap with most of Europe and Asia, and we use modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, GitHub) to keep remote projects running smoothly. Many of our clients are based internationally.
Yes. Every project is assigned a dedicated project lead who handles communication, updates, and delivery. You're not passed around between teams or left chasing status updates. We use weekly check-ins and shared project boards so you always know exactly where things stand.
Pricing & Payment
It depends on scope, complexity, and timeline. Small internal tools or landing systems typically start from $1,000–$3,000. Mid-sized web applications and management systems range from $3,000–$15,000. Larger platforms with complex integrations, automation, and multiple portals can go from $15,000 upwards. We provide a clear, itemised quote after the discovery call — no hidden costs, no vague estimates.
For custom development projects we typically work on a milestone-based payment structure: an upfront deposit (usually 30–40%) to begin, milestone payments tied to agreed deliverables, and a final payment on project completion. For software products, one-time licences are paid in full upfront. Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually.
Both, depending on what suits your project. Most clients prefer fixed-price contracts with clearly defined scope — this gives you cost certainty and keeps everyone aligned. For ongoing retainer work, feature additions, or projects with evolving requirements, we can work on an hourly or monthly retainer basis. We'll recommend the right model during our initial discussion.
We accept payment in USD, GBP, EUR, and PKR. International transfers can be made via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal. Local Pakistani clients can pay via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
Development Process
Timelines vary by scope. A simple web application or admin portal can be ready in 3–5 weeks. A full-featured business management system or SaaS platform typically takes 8–16 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline during discovery — not an optimistic one designed to win the project, and not a padded one to protect ourselves. We aim to under-promise and over-deliver.
We use a structured sprint-based approach that combines the best of both. We define clear requirements and architecture upfront (like waterfall), then build in 1–2 week sprints with demos and feedback loops (like agile). This gives you predictability on scope and budget while still allowing for course-correction as you see the product take shape.
As involved as you want to be. At minimum, we need you available for a brief weekly check-in (30 minutes) and to review sprint demos and give feedback. Beyond that, we handle everything — you don't need to manage tasks, chase engineers, or understand the technical details unless you want to.
Yes. You'll have access to a shared project board (Notion or Trello) where you can see exactly what's in progress, what's done, and what's coming next. At the end of every sprint we share a working demo of what was built. No surprises at launch.
Yes. If you're moving from an existing system — whether it's a spreadsheet, legacy software, or another platform — we plan and execute the data migration as part of the project. We map your old data structure to the new one, run trial migrations, validate accuracy, and only cut over to the new system once everything checks out.
Ownership & IP
You do. Once the final payment is made, full ownership of the source code and all project assets transfers to you. We do not retain any rights to your software. This is stated clearly in our contracts.
Yes, absolutely. We treat all client information as confidential by default and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before discussing your project in detail. If you have your own NDA template, we'll review it. If not, we can provide a standard one.
Yes. We work in a private GitHub/GitLab repository that you have full access to from day one. You can review every commit, branch, and pull request in real time throughout the entire project.
Support & After Launch
Every project includes a 30-day post-launch support period at no extra cost — we fix any bugs that arise from the delivered scope during this window. After that, we offer flexible monthly retainer plans covering bug fixes, performance monitoring, security updates, and feature additions. We're not a "deliver and disappear" agency.
Bugs within the agreed scope discovered during the 30-day warranty period are fixed for free, with priority turnaround. For bugs reported after the warranty period, or for anything outside the original scope, we fix them quickly under a retainer or on a time-and-materials basis. Either way, we respond within 24 hours.
Yes. We include a handover session as part of every project — a live walkthrough of the system with your team. We also provide written documentation and, if needed, recorded video tutorials. For complex systems with multiple roles, we can run dedicated training sessions per department.
We're built for long-term partnerships. Adding new features after launch is straightforward — we scope the requirement, estimate the cost and timeline, and build it within the existing system. Many of our clients have been with us for years, continuously evolving their software as their business grows.
Software Products
A one-time licence is a single upfront payment — you receive the full source code and own the software permanently. You host it on your own infrastructure and are responsible for future maintenance. A subscription means we host, maintain, update, and support the software for you on a monthly or annual fee. One-time suits businesses with their own IT team; subscription suits those who want a hands-off, fully managed experience.
Yes. Our products are starting points, not rigid templates. Most clients require at least some customisation — additional fields, a unique workflow, a different branding, or extra integrations. We scope the customisation separately and build it on top of the base product. This is faster and cheaper than starting from scratch.
For subscription products, we can have you live within 24–72 hours of payment. For one-time licences with no customisation, deployment to your server typically takes 1–3 days. If customisation is required, we'll give you a specific timeline after scoping.
Yes. Every product includes a user guide and an admin manual. Subscription clients also receive ongoing support for any questions. One-time licence clients receive the documentation alongside the source code.
